Enroll in CCUSD

Before proceeding to online registration, please be sure to have the required documents ready to upload. If your child is currently enrolled in CCUSD in grades K-11th, do not apply for the next school year; students automatically roll over.
Parents will need to furnish the following information for all students entering the Cave Creek Unified School District:

A birth certificate or a certified copy

An immunization record
-
Proof of residency (utility bill, rent receipt, lease agreement, escrow doc., etc.)

Parent Identification

Legal guardian or custody papers, if applicable

Official withdrawal form from the previously attended school (grades 1st - 12th)
