Mr. Bill Dolezal
Mr. Bill Dolezal is beginning his second year as the Superintendent of the Cave Creek Unified School District. He recently served the District as the Director of Secondary Student Services for two years. Prior to that, Mr. Dolezal served as principal of Sonoran Trails Middle School for twelve years. He was the Athletic Director at Cactus Shadows High School for one year and the Assistant Principal at Dysart Elementary for two years prior to assuming his STMS principal position. Prior to administration, he taught math, science and social studies in both Arizona and Connecticut. Mr. Dolezal has presented at the NASSP Principal’s Conference on student impact of technology. Bill lives in Phoenix with his wife of 27 years who is a music educator. His two daughters are Cactus Shadows alumni and Bill recently became a grandfather when his eldest daughter Sierra, a registered nurse, gave birth to a daughter, Willow. His youngest daughter, Akayla, is also a teacher and athletic trainer in Arizona.
