Special Election- Sell, Lease or Exchange District Property
The CCUSD Governing Board has called a special election to be held on November 3, 2026 to request voter authorization to sell, lease or exchange certain real property owned by the District and to use all or a portion of any such proceeds for any permitted capital expenditure.
Voter authorization provides the District the ability to sell, lease or exchange all or a portion of the District owned real property described as Desert Sun Academy (located at 27880 N. 64th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85266).
Voter authorization for the sale, lease or exchange of any of this property will have no additional tax impact to the community and supports the needs of the District.
