I began teaching in 1993 after graduating from Grand Canyon University. I had the joy of teaching fourth grade for 6 years, fifth grade for 5 years, and third grade for 10 years. I couldn't imagine a better job. I feel lucky every day I get a chance to work with kids. I am currently part of the CCUSD Technology Cadre and am passionate about providing students with opportunities to use technology in their learning. I also have two children that went through their elementary years at Horseshoe Trails and now are in high school.
