Welcome to Economics & American History!  I have the pleasure of teaching your students this coming year.  I grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Arizona as a Freshman in high school.  I attended Paradise Valley High School and then headed to ASU where I earned a BA in Political Science and double minor in History & Business. I met my husband at ASU and we will be married for 22 years this year . We have 2 children, Taylor a sophomore at Barrett's Honors College (CSHS alum), and Ryan, a junior at CSHS.  We like to travel, attend sporting events and enjoy time with friends.

I completed my Masters in Secondary Education in 2010 and began teaching 7th grade social studies at STMS. A few years ago I decided not to return to teaching full time, but was a substitute teacher in the district. A few years ago I decided to return to the classroom teaching at CSHS -  I am excited to be back in the classroom - seeing many familiar faces.  I look forward to the upcoming year with your student.
