Hello, and welcome to our Kindergarten Class!

I am looking forward to a wonderful school year together and am so excited to be your child's teacher!  

I graduated from Northern Arizona University(Go Lumberjacks!) with a Bachelor of Science in Special & Elementary Education and an SEI Endorsement. At Desert Willow, home of the Reading Roadrunners, we are learning for life and loving to learn! 

I enjoy hiking, reading, wandering around Target, spending time with friends and family, and exploring all around Phoenix. My favorite color is blue and I love Mexican food, In-n-out Burger, and iced chai lattes. I have a soft spot for desert tortoises and would love to adopt a furry friend one day!

I believe children learn best in a nurturing, play-based environment that fosters self-confidence, trust, creativity, and engagement. I strive to inspire students to become life-long learners through collaborative work and hands on learning projects. I am looking forward to being a partner in your child's education and a great school year!
