Free and Reduced Applications
Free/Reduced Meal applications are availble online at www.ccusd93.org or at the CSHS fron office.
Do you have a Kindergartner?
If you have a Kindergartner starting school this year, that has siblings approved for free or reduced meals last year, please fill out an application before school starts. The 30 day grace period carryover for students approved last year, will not include the Kindergartner.
Do you have a preschooler?
Preschoolers do not qualify for the National School Lunch Program Free/Reduced meal assistance. Grades K-12 are the only students that are elibible to apply for the NSLP Free/Reduced meal assistance.
If you are approved for Reduced Meals, each student is allowed one $.20 breakfast meal and one $.40 lunch meal each day. Any second meals, entrees, extra items, bottles of water or gatorade etc. are to be paid for in full.If you are approved for Free Meals, each student is allowed one free breakfast meal and one free lunch meal each day. Any seconds, extra items, bottles of water, chips gatorade etc. are to be paid for in full.
A breakfast includes an entree, daily fruit, daily vegetable, fat free Shamrock milk (white or chocolate) and or 100% fruit juice.A lunch meal includes an entree, daily fruit, daily vegetable, fat free Shamrock milk (white or chocolate) and or 100% fruit juice.
Faxed or emailed copies of an application cannot be accepted.

Online applications dated before July 30, 2018 cannot be accepted. Please wait until after this date to fill out your application for 2018 -2019.
Go to the Online Application and follow the prompts to fill out an application. Make sure to add your email address to the application so you can get a quicker response. The online application is the fastest way to get a response.
