Mrs. Traci V. Gellman, M.S., C.E.D.
Traci earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Early Secondary Education Social Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her Master of Science degree in Deaf Education from The Canisius Collgege of Buffalo. She holds a professioinal certification in The Council for the Education for the Deaf and teaching certifications for deaf/hard of hearing in both Azrizona and New York. Traci has over 17 years teaching experiecne and has worked in the Cave Creek Unified School District since 2009. Traci began her career at a school for the deaf in Buffalo, NY where she taught middle school and high school world history. She is trained and has expertise in audiological implications, listening devices including hearing aids and cochlear implants, FM/DM systems, listening and language acquistions, auditory verbal therapy, deaf culture and is fluent in American Sign Langauge.
