I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to meet each one of you this year and am looking forward to helping every student be successful in their 7th grade Social Studies adventure!

My passion for the subject runs through my veins in that I come from 5 generations of family with a military background. I grew up a military brat and had the great privilege of living all around the world. My education comes from both school and firsthand experience, so I understand the importance of feeling history in order to comprehend it. My hope is that by the end of the school year students will feel the impact our history has made in society today.

I graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelors in Sociology and am certified in 6-8th grade Social Studies, 6-12th grade History, and I hold an SEI Endorsement. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you have.
