Prior to scheduling your field trip, check with the transportation department for bus availability for your trip date.  This gives you the opportunity to choose a different day for your trip  if needed.

Please remember when scheduling your field trip that buses are driving routes until at least 9:00 am.  Be sure to take that into consideration when planning your leave time.  Buses will arrive at your school by 9:15 am.  Your group must be back on school campus and unloaded by 1:15 pm. 

Please send all field trip requests through district mail to the Transportation Office or scan and email the request to the field trip coordinator. Field trips are assigned by the date they are received. You will receive confirmation with a trip number for your records once your trip has been approved.
