February 12th 2010 - Go Live Date!
CCUSD is currently migrating from our current Substitute Calling System in AESOP to our new system, eSchools SmartFindExpress.
CCUSD is scheduled to go live with SmartFindExpress on February 12th, 2010. It will be necesary for all CCUSD employees and substitutes to register with the new substitute system.
To register, you will need to call the SmartFind Express toll free number at 1.877.540.5801. When you call in to register, you will be prompted for a User/Access ID and password. Your default User/Access ID and password is the last 7 digits of the Login ID that you utilized to log in to AESOP. If you have never logged in to AESOP, those 7 digits are your home telephone number. For the initial registration login, please use the same 7 digits for both, User/Access ID and password. After login in, you will be able to change and set a new password. Please keep this password in a safe and secured place as you will need it to access the substitute calling system via phone or the web interface.
After you have registered, please take a couple of minutes to verify that your information, such as your callback and home phone number, are correct in the new system. The easiest way to accomplish this is to access the web interface using the User/Access ID and password that you have registered with.
