Digital Stories using Windows Movie Maker on researched topics. Also, on possibly the life of a soldier from the American Revolution or a Slave of that time or a plantation owner.
Power Point: Research of an aspect of early America such as early life or food, or play, or school or work, or chores, or clothes. Also on what ife was before the war vs. what it was like after.
A Movie about what they might have done if they were living back then. How might they have felt during that time? Put themselves in that place and time-writing and then perform that as a first person digital story.

Write and perform a story in the persona of a Civil War Soldier, or a child of that time. Take on the persona of a seed as it travels, through the different stages, and gets dispursed, etc. Tell the story of that seed as it travels and then ultimately becomes a plant.(this could be a podcast as well.)
