1)  If my "H" drive is missing, how do I get it back?
2)  My keyboard on my computer is not working. What can I do?
3)  My computer has no mouse cursor on the monitor.

1)  Q If my "H" drive is missing, how do I get it back?
A
You need to shutdown your computer completely and restart it. First, close all open programs. Next, follow these steps: click on Start, click on Shutdown, click on the down arrow to display options, click on Shutdown, then click OK.
2)  Q My keyboard on my computer is not working. What can I do?
A
Make sure the connection to the computers CPU from the keyboard is pushed all the way in. Then reboot the computer. Once rebooted the computer will recognize the keyboard during the POST.
3)  Q My computer has no mouse cursor on the monitor.
A
The mouse connector may have been pulled out of the CPU or it is not securely attached. Push in the connector to make sure it is connected. Then reboot the computer.
4)  Q The printer is not printing anything?
A
Check the printer to see if the printer is on Ready or the green light is lit.
Make sure there is paper in the printer.
Make sure the printer isn't jammed.
5)  Q I want to send to a GroupWise group but exclude one person.
A
Using the Address book add the group to the TO field. Right click on the group name and choose "expand group." This will expand the group into individual names. You can then delete one or more individuals.
6)  Q My monitor screen is black but, the computer is on.
A
The energy saver on the computer has put the monitor in sleep mode after several minutes of no use. Shake the mouse or touch a key on the keyboard.
7)  Q I logged into my computer and don't have any Novell Apps
A
You are not on the network. Log out of the computer. After pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys at the Log In screen put in your User ID and Password. Make sure there is no check mark in the Work Station Only box. Click OK. Your computer should continue with the log in.
